Ritual Reset at Tig n' Allus Sunday 24th May 2026

Rituals are a vital part of life, particularly during seasonal transitions. As we move fully out of spring into summer, this day retreat with Karla is all about a ritual reset. This is a carefully crafted sequence for somatic and sonic awareness so the 4 parts are specifically designed to reset your elemental body. <br>Sunday 24th May 2026 from 2-7pm<br>2-3pm House of Yoga 3-4 Sauna 4-5:15pm Sound Bath & Voice Meditation 6pm - 2 course dinner together @ Johnny Foxes.

Short & Sweet Zoom Rhythm Classes Tuesday Mornings.

Online Classes 30 minutes (20-25 Movement & Breathwork - 5-10mins / Silence & Stillness )<br>I'm eager to practice online and on the land! These classes will be all about grounding and connecting, absorbing and integrating. Dynamic Breaths and conscious movements are woven into deep embodiement practices. Music as always is a part of my practice, and some days that means silence, and some days that means voicework!<br> I'm trained in somatics and energy medicine so the slow, steady and mindful movements are the basis of my work. Yogasonics Workshop at Douglas Yoga Centre Cork

Yogasonics (Introductory Workshop) is a method and practice developed over 18 years and created by Karla of House of Yoga and in 2026, a Teacher Training program with Yoga Alliance. The essence of House of Yoga is breathing with the beat - synchronizing the rhythm of our breath with the steady beat of music - usually great house music! Karla has delivered the method in various forms at festivals, yoga studios, beaches and at wellness events over many years. <br>Yogasonics integrates sound and rhythm with fluid vinyasa sequences and 'biocomputer' awareness - mapping elements and chakras with different body parts and energy centres.<br>We balance and regulate rhythm and breath with music, usually disco and house music to warm our hearts and activate joyful immersion in the moment. <br>2-4pm pm Saturday 16th May 2026.<br>
