Innerspace - Online Zoom Classes Tuesday Mornings.

Online Classes 30 minutes (20-25 Movement & Breathwork - 5-10mins / Silence & Stillness )<br>Simple classes for all over balance and to create 'innerspace'. When we make space inside - we feel the world outside as more spacious - ie we can absorb more of what is outside by creating space inside.. <br>I'm eager to practice online and on the land as we move into summer. <br>These classes will be all about grounding and connecting, absorbing and integrating. <br>Dynamic Breaths and conscious movements are woven into deep embodiment practices. Music as always is a part of my practice, and some days that means silence, and some days that means voicework!<br> I'm trained in somatics, energy medicine and sound healing so the slow, steady quiet and mindful movements are the basis of my work. <br>Karla <br>

Yogasonics Part 1 - - Reprogramming into Rhythm.
