Ritual Reset in Glenmalure 29 March 1-6pm

Rituals are a vital part of life, particularly during seasonal transitions. As we move fully out of winter, into spring, just outside of the equinox, this day retreat with Emma & Karla is all about a ritual reset. We are offering this for just 8 people and the 4 parts are specifically designed to reset your elemental body. <br>Sunday 29th March 2026 from 1-6pm<br>1-2 House of Yoga with Karla 2-3:30 Sauna 3:30 Sound Bath & Merkaba Meditation with Emma & 4:30-6pm 2 Course meal together @ Glenmalure Lodge

One on One Yoga Therapy

I am trauma informed (I completed a Collective Trauma Facilitation Training 2027-2018 with Thomas Hubl & The Pocket Project www.pocketproject.org) I have completed over 1000 hours of Yoga training and am constantly consistently working on my own healing and development. Recently I'm interested in somatics and have completed 4 years of online training with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen - Body Mind Centering ) <br>Much of my teaching is now on an individual basis and as well as personal therapeutic yoga sessions, I have integrated all of my healing modalities into a unique coaching program to upgrade your life. Yogasonics Workshop at Connect Studio Waterford

Yogasonics (Introductory Workshop) is a method and practice developed over 18 years and created by Karla of House of Yoga and in 2026, a Teacher Training program with Yoga Alliance. The essence of House of Yoga is breathing with the beat - synchronizing the rhythm of our breath with the steady beat of music - usually great house music! Karla has delivered the method in various forms at festivals, yoga studios, beaches and at wellness events over many years. <br>Yogasonics integrates sound and rhythm with fluid vinyasa sequences and 'biocomputer' awareness - mapping elements and chakras with different body parts and energy centres.<br>We balance and regulate rhythm and breath with music, usually disco and house music to warm our hearts and activate joyful immersion in the moment. <br>11am - 1pm Easter Monday 6th April.<br>

Rise to the Beat Monday 13th - Friday 17th April

<br>7-7:30am Classes are live at sunrise (from the garden if weather allows, and will not be recorded) <br>A week of 30 minute classes - mindful movements and fun for all ages! Simple easy movements that you can also join in if lying or sitting down. <br>Based on the festival classes from Electric Picnic & Body & Soul & All Together Now. Deep Breathwork, Conscious Movement and Great Tunes. <br><br>Suitable for all ages (as long as you can count to 8!)<br><br><br><br> <br><br>
