I am trauma informed (I completed a Collective Trauma Facilitation Training 2027-2018 with Thomas Hubl &amp; The Pocket Project www.pocketproject.org) I have completed over 1000 hours of Yoga training and am constantly consistently working on my own healing and development. Recently I&#39;m interested in somatics and have completed 4 years of online training with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen - Body Mind Centering ) <br>Much of my teaching is now on an individual basis and as well as personal therapeutic yoga sessions, I have integrated all of my healing modalities into a unique coaching program to upgrade your life.
